Is Social Bazooka new?
Yes and no. Our team has been in the social media services industry since 2010. We operated several very successful websites, each targeted at a specific social network (i.e. one site was geared towards Facebook services only, another towards Twitter services only, etc…). In 2016, we decided to consolidate all our sites under socialbazooka.com to increase efficiency and provide a smoother customer experience.
Is Social Bazooka safe?
Absolutely! Unlike most of our competitors, we do not use software, bots or scripts and have therefore never had any of our customers' social media account(s) banned. You have nothing to worry about...
Can I split my order between multiple Pages?
Unfortunately we cannot split a single order between multiple Pages. However and of course, you can order our services for multiple Pages by adding your orders to the shopping cart.
Are these Likes targeted?
Our services are worldwide Likes and Followers. This means that you will receive users from various countries. That said, all our services are high quality and the Profiles Liking and Following you/your Page are also high quality.
Are these Likes and Followers added all at once?
Our orders are "drip-fed" for a natural result. Our services take some time, and will not appear overnight (something you definitely don’t want!). Smaller orders take between 4 and 7 days to complete and really large orders can take 10 to 30+ days depending on their actual size. Again, our orders look very natural, and you will not receive a flood of Likes or Followers in a short period of time (again, a definite no-go).
Can I run a Social Bazooka order with another third-party order simultaneously?
Yes. Although it isn't recommended, we can work alongside a third-party campaign from another company or from Facebook Ads. The reason it isn't recommended is it's easy to confuse our work with the other company, or vice-versa. The majority of the issues we have with our customers are from confused customers who have multiple orders from several companies and are not sure which Likes are coming from which. The fewer orders you have running simultaneously towards your page, the smaller the chance we'll be confused about which order is responsible for results.
Why hasn't my order started?
Please give us at least 48 hours to kick off your order. Most orders are started in less than 24 hours but your order may require extra work depending on your Page type, the size of your order and the nature of your request. If you feel it's been too long and you're getting impatient with us, shoot us a friendly email and we'll respond quickly. We'll take great care of you and will work as quickly as possible to get your order moving.
Does Social Bazooka offer any warranty?
Yes, we stand by our work with a Lifetime warranty: if any of our Likes or Followers disappear, we will restore them free of charge (this happens with less than 1% of our orders).
Does Social Bazooka require my account password?
We don't require any password or access to your accounts! All of our services are built with no Admin access necessary. It cannot be simpler and safer!
Where can I see the status of my order?
We will send you a first message to the email address specified during checkout confirming that we have started working on your order and a second email notifying you that your order has been completed. As simple as that!
